Patients create a free account
Patients and caregivers register for a free Folia account with a custom invite code from your organization. Folia is flexible, and we can help patients with more than 700 conditions track any symptom and treatment.
Patients track their observations
Patients can track their questions in just 90 seconds a day. Folia users track on average 81/365 days of the year - generating data on day-to-day observations that can complement registries and other data sources.
Research partnership
Organizations partner with Folia on research and publications. Unique co-branding opportunities, with a dedicated team that proactively identifies and attracts new research sponsorships.
