Triglyceride levels at 150 mg/dL or higher?
Trigylceride levels can fluctuate, and severely elevated triglycerides often go hand-in-hand with other chronic conditions.
If you’ve experienced triglyceride levels of at least 150 mg/dL at some point during the past 6 months, you may be eligible to receive up to $36o in gift cards for joining an app-based study where you’ll track your health using the Folia app. No clinic visits required.
You may be eligible if the following apply to you:
An adult 18 years of age or older
A current US resident
Fluent in English
Managing triglyceride levels of at least 150 mg/dL (as shown in a lipid panel blood test taken within the past 6 months)
Not currently pregnant or planning to become pregnant
Not diagnosed with Familial Chylomicronemia Syndrome (FCS)
Able to self-report data in the Folia Health app
Able to give consent to participate
