What we collect

Things you tell us directly:

• Health information you choose to track (symptoms, medications, appointments, observations)

• Information about your child or person you care for, if you're a caregiver

• Anything you send us when you contact support

Things we collect automatically:

• How you use the app (which features, how often), so we can make it better

• Your device type and general location (city level, not address)

• Standard web data like browser and IP address

We don't access your camera, microphone, contacts, or anything else on your device unless you explicitly give us permission for a specific purpose.

By default, only you. Your tracked health data is private to your account.

You can choose to share it with:

• Family members or caregivers you invite

• Your doctors or care team

• Researchers, in de-identified form (more on that below)

We share limited data with service providers who help us run Folia, like our cloud hosting, customer support tools, and analytics. They're contractually bound to keep your data confidential and can only use it to help us deliver the app.

We never sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
